D&S are Tough Mudders
On 18th May 2016 Dodds & Shute competed in a small Tough Mudder charity event, a 6k high adrenaline course jam-packed with challenging muddy obstacles. Our aim was to raise money for the Ernst & Young Foundation which wants to give young people in the UK a great start to their working lives and get employers working harder for them.
Young people from low income households face barriers to work so this foundation provides them with employability training, work opportunities and mentoring relationships. Their vision is a successful transition into work, higher education or enterprise and we like them believe that employers must play an active role in that.
We were delighted to hit our target as part of a fantastic team of friends and family and had an incredible time doing it. See a selection of our favourite photos below and see if you can recognise us through all the mud!!
