We are excited to welcome Ana Parker-Brenikov to the team as our new Head of Sustainability. She brings over 15 years of experience in turning big environmental commitments into clear, actionable progress.

Ana comes to Dodds & Shute from ZPG, where she spearheaded ESG strategies across 13 distinct brands, including Zoopla, Uswitch, and Confused.com. While there, she spearheaded the group’s initial Net Zero roadmap, earning official SBTi validation, and helped slash operational emissions by 48% in just one year.

Throughout her career, Ana has proven that treating sustainability as a core business strategy, rather than an afterthought, drives real commercial value. She has created a comprehensive evaluation tool to assess climate risks and readiness across thousands of suppliers. This deep understanding of supply chains will be a massive asset as she takes the reins of our Supplier Sustainability Audit.

Future plans for Dodds and Shute

In her new role, Ana will oversee our sustainability direction, expanding our existing audits, tightening our supply chain standards and reporting and developing our social value commitments starting with our Academy programme, ensuring our environmental and social values stay front and center in everything we do.

Beyond the metrics, Ana excels at uniting teams, boards, and supply chains around shared ethical goals even when everyone is starting from a different baseline. Her background combines a BA from Goldsmiths with studies in Sustainability Leadership at Cambridge's Institute for Sustainability Leadership, giving her a knack for translating complex data into stories that inspire action. In her free time Anna provides ESG seminars to various community programmes and facilitates a coaching network supporting young women to navigate their career development.
