Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales admin, record-keeping and process management through our bespoke business software.

  • Support communication with clients to ensure a high-level of customer service.

  • Support the success of the company.

Job Purpose:

Work within the Account Management (AM) team, to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of sales and client requests. Key responsibilities of the role are to coordinate sales information on our business software and support communication with clients.


Client enquiries and quotes are handled efficiently, supporting the AM team to achieve company targets, while fostering our relationships and ensuring our clients receive an excellent experience.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:

Our ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, driven and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast pace environment.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication for coordinating with clients and suppliers via phone and email (in English)

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is key

  • IT literate, a confident user of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible, adaptable, and have a dynamic, hands-on approach to your work

  • Positive, with a can-do attitude and a passion for the design and furniture industry
