Landmark Pinnacle
Located at the western end of South West India Dock, the 75 storey tower is directly adjacent to The Landmark – a residential collection of four buildings rising to 44 storeys set around a landscaped podium - completed by the practice for Chalegrove in 2010. Landmark Pinnacle is designed as a clean rectilinear form to create a coherent marker for the termination of South West India Dock.

A double glazed façade provides a continuous skin behind which all apartments enjoy private winter gardens, as well as three floors of shared amenity space including a landscaped roof garden, gymnasium, dining rooms and children’s play areas. Two double height roof terraces crown the building, acting as an illuminated marker at night.
