Primrose Apartment is located on the top floor of an art deco building overlooking Regent's Park in central London. Designed by Uncanny Studio, this penthouse renovation transformed cluttered, constricted spaces into flowing, light-filled rooms whilst preserving the extraordinary natural light that defines the property.

We collaborated with Uncanny Studio to specify natural, tactile materials of the highest quality throughout the apartment. Custom walnut wood cabinetry features in the kitchen, paired with quartzite countertops, whilst walnut wood doors create seamless connections between the apartment's interconnected spaces.

The redesigned layout includes two lounges offering different atmospheres within a shared space. A large terracotta-coloured sectional anchors the relaxed family lounge, whilst the more formal lounge centres around a fireplace with a curved sofa and a sculptural coffee table crafted from travertine.

In the dining area, two orb-shaped pendant lights suspend over the table, complemented by a bespoke wine storage unit. The entrance hallway features an updated structural column that enhances the flow between spaces.
