The Capital Building on Old Hall Street is the largest office building in Liverpool City Centre. The completion of City Exchange in 2000 created an impressive new atrium and three-level concourse fronting Old Hall Street and Union Street. Major developments have recently been completed in this impressive space by our friends at 'Kin. Described as Brutalist Liverpool meets Japanese modernism. Through the use of rich tones set against the natural warmth of European oak, 'Kin created a series of calming and tranquil touch down spaces for tenants to enjoy.
