Double-height internal spaces flow out through full-height sections of glazing to an expansive rooftop terrace with sweeping views of the city skyline, all within walking distance of Camden Town, Primrose Hill and the Regent’s Park. Parya property assisted it’s client with the development of the penthouse with the aim to fuse his love for classic Ibiza fincas with the grand space and minimalism of a New York loft apartment. Polish plater effect paint was used all over to give that finca style and Dodds and Shute were critical in sourcing modern furniture to unify the property.
