170 Piccadilly, Great Portland Estates

170 Piccadilly is a Grade II listed building in Mayfair, recently reimagined by Great Portland Estates to provide flexible office space across seven floors, moments from Green Park. We were appointed to procure and manage the furniture package throughout the building, delivering a specification that balances quality with durability, comfort and modern finishes.

Working closely with GPE's team, we supplied bespoke tables, desking, lounge and meeting furniture to support different working styles across boardrooms, meeting suites, lounges, breakout spaces and private offices. The scheme features walnut tables and joinery, refined upholstery and tactile materials, creating a professional yet welcoming environment for teams and visitors.

Key furniture highlights

  • The bespoke boardroom table, meeting tables and executive desks use walnut veneer rather than solid timber, significantly reducing hardwood consumption whilst maintaining a long-lasting, repairable finish. All pieces were made-to-order, avoiding overproduction and waste stock. Integrated cable management throughout ensures the furniture remains functional as technology evolves, extending lifespan and reducing replacement cycles.

  • The Bass tables are made from veneered walnut tops with reeded timber bases, offering lower resource use than solid construction. Built-in power and data provision future-proofs the tables for changing workspace requirements.

  • The Quattro Dining Chair features responsibly sourced timber and plywood frames, whilst both the Crown Dining Armchair and Quattro Chair are upholstered in Regent Velvet Burn, a 100,000 Martindale rating, ensuring longevity in busy environments.

  • The Monolit Lounge Chair and Remnant Armchair use high-resilience CMHR foam and durable woven upholstery, built for long-term commercial use.
